Lots of really good ideas
This book gives you a really good game plan for stoping your drinking habit. The thing I like most about it is that it presents the information in a non judgmental way. It also gives you a step by step plan and doesn’t just offer generic advice that sounds good in theory but doesn’t work in practice.
