Publisher's summary

Half-angel Trinity and her bonded gargoyle protector, Zayne, have been working with demons to stop the apocalypse while avoiding falling in love. The Harbinger is coming…but who or what is it? All of humankind may fall if Trinity and Zayne can’t win the race against time as sinister forces gather.

As tensions rise, they must stay close together and patrol the DC streets at night, seeking signs of the Harbinger, an entity that is killing Wardens and demons with no seeming rhyme or reason. But as deaths pile up and they uncover a plot endangering someone dear to Zayne, Trin realizes she is being led…herded…played for some unknown end. As anger builds and feelings spiral out of control, it becomes clear that rage may be the ruin of them all.

Adapted from the novel and produced with a full cast of actors, immersive sound effects and cinematic music!

Wish it was narrated by the same person

I love the book, just wish the dramatized adaptation was done by the same person as the first book!

Excellent

I rarely give five stars across the board, but I also don’t hesitate when they are deserved. This production of my favorite YA series deserves all the stars and more. First, there’s the wonderful story, but also first is the amazingly perfect casting that was assembled. Every single role is voiced exactly as I expected. The acting was top notch. The music and sound effects were better than the first volume of the series, with the minor caveat that hearing someone crunch potato chips is too cringingly realistic. I can’t deal with that irl, and to have it crisply microphoned into my ear was enough to cause my headphones to suddenly be on the other side of the room. Seriously, there are some sounds that don’t need representation. The sound of milk pouring into a glass, or someone smacking chewing gum, are two that you could get away with leaving out.

Aside from that complaint, I love this like Trinity loves Zayne. Well Done you guys!!

Great Way To Read A Book

I am new to the Dramatized Adaptations/Graphic Audio but I think the Harbinger books are my favorite (I have only read Harbinger 1-2 and ACOTAR 2-5 Graphic Audio). I think I pick up more detail with this audiobook then the original one. I still love the original audio book but this is just a little better. I also like that the Harbinger books only take one credit to get the whole book. Crescent City, Fourth Wing, and ACOTAR are in 2-3 parts so they take 2-3 credit to buy.

I really hope the finish the Harbinger GraphicAudio Series (do book 3) and I am hopeful that maybe they will do more Jennifer L Armentrout books.
