Culture Shock and Jesus

The work ethic of the Chinese people has always intrigued me. I've seen it in my daughter's friends at her university, and this book has helped me understand it even more. Most Chinese students NEVER want to go back to their own country after living in the United States. When this young woman came to America to get her degree, she was dead set on returning to China and "joining the party". Yet she was unable to deny the love and care of the Christians she met and became good friends with. And then there was the young, handsome Chinese man who had become a Christian . . .

Enjoyed the story immensely

The storyline was well thought out. I enjoyed the characters especially Oni. This was a great book. I would recommend it to others.
