About this listen

Tyler Logan reluctantly agrees to pose as the girlfriend of her in-the-closet gay BFF at his company's annual retreat. Stupid idea, but simple. She'd done it a dozen times before.

Kristin Walker, doesn't want to go on this trip, be the perfect hostess, or be the boss's wife anymore, but finds herself trapped in all three.

When an unexpected turn of events transforms their three days in paradise into a fight for survival, both women struggle against the odds and their own fears. However, the biggest challenge is their growing attraction toward each other and the question of who will rescue whom?

My opinion; This is one of Julie's best

Everyone has a line in the sand saying don't cross; sometimes near sometimes far but always there.
you can only push someone so far before they push back and say No more

an interesting love story

It was a great story with fun characters who changed throughout the story.
the narrator's voice was smooth and easy to listen to. although I wasn't crazy about the sound of the female characters.

Enjoyable.

I enjoyed Rescue Me. The narration is good. I thought the end was very abrupt. Are you setting us up for a sequel?

Needs more

It was a good story, it just needs a full ending. I am so tired of the use your imagination as to what happens next endings.

GAAAAH! Narrator is so bad!

Can whomever casts the voice actors for lesbian romance novels at Audible please be moved to another department STAT. They have absolutely no idea what their doing and they are ruining perfectly good books.
This narrator is so woefully miscast (her voice sounds like some uptight, society snob and is also grating).
This is so annoying because so many of the lesbian romances I buy are just narrated badly. Do they just use any narrator that is available? Because that's what it seems like.
