A Contemporary Cowboy Romance Story.

Andrew meets "the city girl" driving a toy car. He is a dedicated rancher that wañts nothing to do with a city girl that will just up and leave. Emily's grief after the death of her long-time fiancé has her unsettled. Will the cowboy find true love, or is he right about her? This has been a quick series that introduces some of the next O'Connor family members.

The narration was well done. The characters were well portrayed by Charles D. Baker.

The book centers around the female lead, Emily, and the male lead, Andrew.

Both leads have been hurt and are grieving in their own ways.

Emily has lost someone that was close and Andrew has an aversion.

Overall, a short and sweet romance.

Charles D. Baker did well with the narration.
