Should rename this "CX" Bible- it is THAT Good!

David's new book DELIVERS!! Great Ideas to use from cover to cover! Even ideas that do not relate to my business are covered in such great detail- you cannot help but think "Genius"

Cannot say it loud enough! Great! Great! - I am un-patiently awaiting it to release in paperback so I can purchase for friends in my workplace! I can think of many that don't even know yet that they NEED THIS BOOK!-
