I love this book. I resonate with all the things said. I don’t believe in diets and I think our bodies are our creation. I started using some of the tools suggested in the book and it is eye opening to see how much wisdom my body has, and how my body’s requirements defer from what my mind things should be done. It’s liberating! I don’t need to worry about doing the “right thing”. All I need to do is listen to my body. It knows what to do!

This book provided a new way to live without judgements. To Live BEYOND! I was ready to go beyond diets and punitive actions that leave me feeling exhausted. The narrator made the book sound more like a conversation. Her voice is raspy but isn’t that a judgement I can let go of? Ha! Ha! Try this book with an open mind and begin life anew!

The information in this book is amazing. I started to implement teachings as soon as would of hear them. And I’m feeling better than I have in weeks.
However, the narration voice was hard on my ears. It was very scratchy like she needed to clear her throat/had a cold. But halfway through the book it did not sound as bad… I don’t know if I just got used to it or her voice was healing as she was reading. I had to try my hardest to just ignore the voice I know the information that she was putting out was amazing.

I will be rereading this book and creating clearing loops from it. Hugely valuable! It was difficult at first to listen to the narrator's voice, but the subject matter is amazing, and I was able to move past it.
