About this listen

He's old enough to be my father. He might be the one who killed my boyfriend. And I can't resist him any longer.

Not only is my boyfriend dead, but he left me with a sizable loan in my name to a mafia boss.

When Dimitri Federov, a handsome, loaded Russian playboy, appears on my doorstep, I panic.

He wants money to repay the debt. Money I don't have.

The prick offers me a solution—pay with my body. I turn him down flat, but the indecent proposal remains in my thoughts, forever reminding me of what could have been…

When Dimitri turns on his charms, it gets even harder to resist him and much easier to forget he's a ruthless kingpin… a killer.

Once I let him have what he so desperately wants, give into our desires and follow this basic instinct to its heady climax… There will be no stopping Dimitri's dark desires.

One night leaves me with the biggest secret of my life… and I have to make sure Dimitri never finds out he got me pregnant.

Season of Malice is a standalone spicy bratva romance. Listen now if you can't get enough Russian bratva billionaires with an age-gap love interest!

This two were just so crazy about each but yept too self absorbed. Loved their love and chemistry. Totally recommend!

Yikes!

I agree with some of the other reviews. I’m really tired of a story based conjecture and misunderstandings. It’s very frustrating. Also, the question of “who’s trying to kill the MFC” was never answered. The only redeeming value of this book was the narrators. Three cheers for them!

Good Story

Overall I really enjoyed this book. I did get a bit aggravated with the MFC in the last couple hours, she seemed to have a habit of assuming things without any just cause, it kinda grated on my nerves.

Love

Although I liked this story, it made a big deal about the heroin being followed but didn't go into any detail about the culprits. Whoever it was kept trying to kill her, but after he killed him, nothing was mentioned

First time reading this author and was a good read

This was a good story. It’s generally a good read. Narration was believable.

My only real critical comment about this story was a break in the storyline that really was silly. Something whispered under the breath of the protagonist cannot be what ends up having major implications.

Great story

Excellent story, twists and turns and happily ever after. The narration wasn’t as good as I would have liked. The female portions spoken within the male chapters still felt like a man speaking. The overall story made it worth while.

Camille and Demitri

This was a very good story but Camille was really annoying. She thought she could outsmart Demitri but he found out about her plan. She thought he unalived her "waste of space" boyfriend. If only they would communicate with each other. The misunderstandings between them were also very annoying. Camille could be so dumb and did some stupid things. Demitri was great for always going back to her, especially after that scene in the hospital. Chloe Ryan and Stephen Borne did a very good job with the narration.

Great Book Series…

Loved the storyline although the lack of communication really got on my nerves and for her to be a business minded individual why it never crossed her mind to seek legal help is baffling.

The idea was good

This story was so frustrating. Are people really this ridiculous??? All their problems was because they assumed instead of asking/telling each other the truth. I read the book all the way through but I wanted to quiet several times.

Great, but…..

This is a great story with complex characters and a LOT of heat and suspense. My only problem with it, well 2 actually, was that the characters made assumptions, and stuck to these too long without allowing any discussions to clear the air. The 2nd, minor problem, was that they each did an excellent job in narration, but when they each did a gender switch, it was jarring.

Ms. Ryan did an excellent narration of Camille, but not so very good on Dimitri.

Mr. Borne, likewise, did an excellent Dimitri, but his Camille was far too masculine.

Still enjoyable listen though.
