Great Accompaniment to the Physical Book
This is my favourite shadow work guide! I've read a few in my life and this one really connected with me. It has been greatly beneficial to my healing process. I have the actual book to follow along and I think it is paired wonderfully. The production of the audiobook is superb and the narration is excellent. This book and audiobook was a real labour of love. It helped me and I am sure it can help anyone that takes the time to absorb. I highly recommend it!

a great guide
This audiobook is a great guide for inner healing and self love. It showed me methods to explore my inner-self, and truly understand the importance of things in life. What's particularly good about this book is that, it's a tailor made edition. It's not like any other Shadow Work book you'll find outthere. This is especially for you if you know what I mean. The narration is also great, very enjoyable to listen to. I'd highly recommend it.
