Jada L. Roberts
About this listen
In 1979, Jada and her husband wanted to leave the city and live on a farm in the Appalachian Mountains where they can raise their two children, grow their own food and have their own livestock. Their wish came true when they found an old abandon farmhouse perched in the mountains. Life was good for Jada and her family, until an unknown creature started lurking around the property and terrorizing the livestock, leaving footprints around the barn and coming close to the farmhouse. Throughout the year, the family would continue to hear strange yells in the night, footprints in the mud and handprints on the windows.
Sharing the Mountain with Bigfoot is a true story of one family's terrorizing encounter with an unknown creature lurking in the woods of the Appalachian Mountains.
About the Author
Jada L. Roberts grew up in a big city in Florida. She moved to a small town near the Appalachian Mountains when she was 17 years old, where she met and married the man of her dreams. Nowadays, the author enjoys spending time with her first grandchild and is living far away from the Appalachian Mountains.

Story
After 50 years of hibernation it has awakened. Oak Grave Forest was a place of beauty. A paradise full of gorgeous wildlife. An outdoorsman’s dream. Until now. A string of disappearances puts the police on high alert. Animals are found mangled and stripped of flesh. People enter the woods and never return. Blood covers the autumn leaves. And the forest is unusually quiet. With dusk casting its gloomy shade over Oak Grave, Shane Alter leads a band of police officers into the forest in search of the missing persons. What they find, instead, is a carnivorous humanoid.

Come read about a Bigfoot caught in a huge dam as the concrete's being poured-then read about a Bigfoot hoaxer whose hoax backfires on him-a trucker with a very enticing load-a historic story of Bigfoot stopping a railroad from encroaching into its habitat-a woman who's extricated from her wrecked car by a Jaws of Life never before seen-and a mountain biker with PTSD who's rescued by a pair of fearsome huge beasts-all great campfire tales-but be careful, as sleep will elude you.

These are the stories that defy conventional logic. The proverbial vanished without a trace incidences, which happen a lot more (and a lot closer to your backyard) than almost anyone thinks. These are the missing whose situations are the hardest on loved ones left behind. The cases that are an embarrassment for park superintendents, rangers, and law enforcement charged with Search & Rescue.

Story
Twenty-two years old Cole Morgan struggled after a career ending football injury and then the tragic loss of his parents in the winter of 1937. He felt like a man with no destination... running from lost opportunities and memories better left alone. Maybe it was for this reason he accepted the offer of a near stranger to use his education and backcountry skills to work on the Greybull, one of the largest ranches in Wyoming. With little fanfare he packed all his worldly possessions in his beloved truck and headed for the small town of Meeteetsee.

Good Job Done
Jada L. Roberts has done a great job and beautifully cites this story of Big Foot. He gives the listener a new perspective here that he refers to. There are some interesting facts that he chooses to recognize and throw at the listener. This book is a must-have book for the Big Foot Library!

Frightening
This story is frightening but awesome. It covers the subject well. Interesting. Would recommend for anyone wanting to know how the Bigfoot phenomenon started in modern times.

I Enjoyed It
Jada L. Roberts is a writer who believes what he writes and has spent a lifetime in pursuit of the truth of Bigfoot. I found the book to be well written and informative. It was not a whitewash of the subject either. There was enough skeptical information presented in this book to make even hardcore believers think hard before accepting rumors and stories as true. I enjoyed this audible book and want to appreciate this author.

It Was For My Son
Great book - in excellent condition. My 14-year-old son became interested in Bigfoot after seeing a show on T.V. I make him listen to this Bigfoot storybook during last week and so far he's enjoying it! Thank you.

Really Amazing
The book gave information on various bigfoot-like creatures that don't fit the common bigfoot mold, without becoming disjointed. It's a very interesting story that will never be fully settled until a bigfoot, alive or dead is found and studied. I recommend it to all.

amateur writer style
Although this book was self-published and not that expensive, it was still not a very good value for the read. Even if this story is nonfiction as it is presented it's poorly done and the ending is poor a poor climax. The rider should have had more collaborative input before publishing.
