4th and final story in the Corvus conspiracy stories

This is the final of four great Holmes stories about the Corvus conspiracy. They are also available in a completed volume. I grew up with a love for the old basil rathbone and Nigel Bruce black and white Holmes movies. This story is written and performed in that same spirit. Truly a wonderful addition to any Holmes fans collections. Highly recommended. The narrators deliver that old time movie/radio show feel. I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator or publisher

A grand finale!

Okay, the previous episode left many questions up in the air, but this episode answers all of them.
I won't give the plot away, but it is good to know there is something far sinister than a couple of individual deaths playing out.
Yes, for all the tom foolery, this ends in a satisfying conclusion.

The exciting conclusion of the Corvus Conspiracy

I liked it, but it seemed like the author was stretching a bit on the deductions. One thing this short book did though was to get me excited about the next set of books. Without spoiling anything toward the end a enemy is revealed who will will probably play a central part in the next scripts from Ian.

Interesting

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

It was nice to see the lose ends from the previous books tie up in this one. While this series hasn’t been overwhelmingly thrilling it was a nice series and short enough to still grab your attention.

Killer Ravens

Sherlock Holmes and the Claw of the Raven by Ian Shimwell is a great Sherlock and Watson adventure. I was excited to see how Sherlock Holmes would outsmart the brotherhood and I was not disappointed. Sherlock Holmes as always in his adventures is not only smart but I found him funny in this one. I did like his and Watsons banter back and forth in this one. The narrator Kevin Theis did a fantastic job bringing these characters and the case to life. I do recommend Sherlock Holmes and the Claw of the Raven to anyone who is a Sherlock Holmes fan or likes a good mystery.

Well done

I am enjoying these audio of Sherlock, with good narration and the effects, that remind me of radio days. Loving all of Sherlock books and love the different authors and narration of them. This I though was well done by the narrator, given audio for my voluntary review and my honest opinion

Excellent Finish to the series

Sadly the author doesn't improve with thier portrayal of Doctor Watson. Though the ending of the series otherwise does provide some satisfactory reward for listening to all four books

Good ending to a fun series

This was my second four book series about Sherlock Holmes written by Ian shimwell. Entertaining and fun but not overly complicated… Just right for a drive to and from work or sitting on the beach.
