It's a must-have for artists/entrepreneurs.

This has been a great book full of insights for entrepreneurs and performers/artists to properly decompress, destress, and treat themselves well with positive affirmations and visualization practices. It outlines ways to achieve proper rest as well as proper visualization practices to create a desired reality. It's nice to have a book like this for keeping positive and healthy. I enjoyed the guided breathing techniques and the guided visualization/affirmations. Bravo!
