Really enjoyed!

One of my favorite books by Kat Bohn!

It's not just because it focuses on recent topics, but because her writing truly inspires me. This book was exactly what I needed at this point in my life. As someone who usually struggles with sleep, Sleep ABCs really helped me visualize the success goals I want to achieve. It feels like a form of meditation and a gentle guide that prepares you for rest and motivates you for the next day’s performance.

The affirmations are incredibly soothing and helpful, especially when listened to before bed. But the best part about this book is the narrator. The way she performs the breathing exercises is so calming and makes everything even clearer for the listener.

Highly recommend!

I truly enjoyed this listen. Kat does a great job of not only including really soothing affirmations but also includes a great pre-bed prep list. If you take the time each night to stretch and breathe properly before bed, you will definitely sleep much better. This book is geared towards several niches, and the one that pegged me the best was an entrepreneur. Our brains are wired differently than the 9-5 crowd, so it makes sense that we would also have unique sleep needs. Top-notch narration too.
