Relieving stress with Somatic Therapy

I have had stress pretty much all my life. I use therapy and medications, and it helps quite a bit. This year I wanted to improve and remove my stress even more and found this audiobook on somatic therapy. Before starting, I really didn't understand what somatic therapy meant, but this book does an amazing job breaking down the purpose of somatic therapy and shows how it will help. I am following the guide and am loving the improvements. I do believe I am a work in progress and will continue to use the guidance of this book to continue my journey. The book is well written, and the audio is super easy to follow. I am loving the routine of doing the exercises. I would recommend this book.
