About this listen

Haley Rosewood's life has been turned upside down by the man she loved and trusted - not only is she locked up in a jail cell, away from her daughter, but she has no idea whom to trust. Frustratingly, Haley will have to depend on Devon's siblings to extricate her from a legal embroilment that could leave her in prison for years.

Devon Carrington did what he thought was right to protect Haley and her daughter Allison, but everyone around him has a different opinion: Eric thinks he's crazy, Brenda is furious, and Chuck just shakes his head.

Haley must put aside her emotions and pretend to be something she's not in order to return home and be with her daughter. Finding the proof she was telling the truth is going to be harder than she anticipated, and when ghosts from her past arrive at her front door, she's not sure she can trust them.

Will Haley be able to prove she didn't kidnap her daughter, or will she end up losing everything and having to watch her daughter grow up from behind bars?

Awesome Ending!

Stacy Eaton wrote this conclusion to the series perfectly. I loved the twists and unexpected events that took place in this story. Both Julie Walters and Gene Branson added so much to the enjoyment of this book with their realistic emotions. I loved their distinguished voices for the various characters. Haley, Devon, Allison, Mrs. Germain all are endearing characters. The ending of this book was spectacular.

What an ending!

So happy this book came out, I finished the second of the series and wanted to know how things were going to end for Devon and Haley! Stacy Eaton has come through with a stellar finish to their story, taking us from a place of mistrust, fear and uncertainty to our happily ever after! These two have had their ups and downs, and this installment took them through the darkest of their journey. With Haley's ex on the loose wreaking havoc, we don't know what is going to happen. There are people from Haley's past popping up, but who can she trust? Will she get out of jail and can she forgive Devon? This is a roller coaster of a ride book, but there is not a minute I wasn't rooting for Devon and Haley! Another winning story by Stacy Eaton, love her writing and will anxiously be waiting for her next release!

The narration is concluded with Julie Walters and Gene Branson who are Haley and Devon for me. They have become the familiar voices of these characters and they did a wonderful job with the dual POV.

Great Final Book

This series needs to be listened to in order, so if you've made it to book 3 then you're already enjoying the series. This book is a great final book. The book picks up right where book 2 ended, which is just as well after that cliffhanger!

This book is an emotional roller-coaster that left me smiling at the end. There's lots going on and it leads to lots of self-revelations for the characters, lots of growth and a gripping story. I loved the tension between Devon and Hayley and all the new characters that showed up and added to the excitement.

Beautifully written, it's impossible to not get wrapped up in this series.

The dual narration works well, the character voices are well done and the pacing and tone of the delivery work well for the story.

I received a free copy of this book from the author and/or narrator and/or publisher and I voluntarily wrote this honest review.

absolutely riveting!

I could not put this book down! I was on the edge of my seat and unable to stop listening! Having two narrators really brought it to life! This book could even be listened to as a stand alone (although you would miss out on 2 other great stories!). I loved and hated, was shocked and appalled. It was a riveting rollercoaster of emotion that I loved to death! definately reccomended by me!

Awesome Series

Wow. I really enjoyed this series. I wasn't sure at first how the two narrators would sound together, but I'm happy to say they work perfectly. This is definitely in the top for 2019. I will definitely be reading/listening to more by Stacy Eaton.

Love the two narrators. Great finish

The finish to this 3 book series was great. These three books were a fun series. It is highly recommended you start with book one though.

The final Sometimes book

Haley is an emotional storm. Her life is in turmoil with the many changes, but she takes her anxiety out on everyone around her and most especially Devon. Devon is being threatened and does what he believes is the right thing to save himself, his business, Haley, and Allison. I wish Haley would have apologized for her horrendous behavior to Devon before their relationship went any further. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
