This audiobook helped realize something that was basic but that had always gone unnoticed; that we listen to our inner critic but we don't take it from a real person. Knowing that now, has change my perspective in how to approach my decision and self value. Another great point was knowing that the experiences that make an impression on us r and our behavior are not the truth about us. I had not perceived how certain decisions that I have made in the past where made out of preventing my growth but masked by fear or insecurity. I was excluding myself from opportunities by fear of stepping on the unknown. The mindfulness techniques shared where helpful. This book has help me begin my journey on of positive thinking.
