Excellent book with lots of explanations, examples and tools how to battle the anxiety and stress. Now if you think that the anxiety and stress is something temporary and you can live through it I can tell you from my own experience that the longer you have it the worse it usually becomes. Of course there are instances when it subsides such as when we are on holidays but as soon you come back to work it comes back and over the years it becomes like a baggage which only becomes heavier with time!

This is why when I saw this book I was hoping to find something in it that would help me and it definitely did! First of all it made me realise that the problem that I have is not something that I’ve made up and that most of people have it too! So just realising it was a big step for me! Second this book actually gave me answers and tools how to deal with this problem. I will definitely continue to research and study this problem but the tools and exercises that I got from this book already helping me releasing my stress and anxieties in a big way! I would especially recommend this book for men because we often think that these problems will pass over or this type of worry is only for women, but that is definitely not the case. We are all people and we all have same problems in the modern society! So I think I have already said a lot so all I can say to anyone who is still on the fence you would do good to yourself by reading or listening this book! It is not just educational it is extremely useful!!!
