Just a thought...

It would have made more sense for chapter four to be the introduction or chapter one so you begin with the premise of what affirmations do and why they are effective. Then to go into the affirmations and hear chapter four at the end. I rather end on affirmations and make that the last thing your brain ( subconscious)hears.

Affirmations in this Audible are awesome.

This has helped me with school, work, and everyday life. Thank you! All my life I had struggled with reaching my goals and striving at success. Listening to this has made me realize what is important and to stay focused.

Love this audible

Excellent read with doable new habits to implement. The last couple of chapters on the how to's were my favorite parts.
