About this listen

The rebellion led by Hades prepares to storm Mount Olympus, but their every move is sabotaged. Morpheus is torn between his allegiance to his Underworld family and the oath he swore to Zeus under duress. Forced to play both sides, Morpheus sees no hope for the rebellion.

Hermie and Hestie share Morpheus's despair. Although Poros turned them into gods, the transformation has only heightened Hermie's debilitating fears. And even Hestie's fierce determination isn't enough to overcome her trust issues.

As the gods square off, how can one identify the friend from the foe?

Listen to the surprising conclusion to USA Today best-elling author Eva Pohler's A Gatekeeper's Spin-Off series.

This series just keeps getting better. There was so much action in this one. And I didn’t know how they would ever pull it off. I thought for sure Zeus would kill them all. Morpheus aggravated me. I mean war is going on and all he does is lays around looking at Iris?! But he is young and in love. It was awful how Zeus treated him after he stood strong because of the oath he had made and chose to join him and leave his family. That was hard. I really don’t like Zeus. But he gets his. The twins have really grown up and went through a lot in this one. They both seem to have found their love. All that happens to the whole group was amazing! I can’t wait until the next one.

The narrator was amazing as usual. I swear, she could do any voice. Very talented.

One of my favorites
