Temporary CEO was the second book in the Fake Billionaire series by Lexy Timms. Dane Prescott and Allyson are still in a fake relationship. I enjoyed reading this book and cant wait to read the rest of the series.

Ugh I really just got so annoyed with Allison in this book. She’s actually a really selfish person that’s trying (unsuccessfully) to not be selfish. Her decisions just cause so much unneeded turmoil and just end up hurting every one just so she can try to come off as the better person. Gah! I almost don’t want to continue the next book I’m so frustrated with her.

I find Allison to be annoying...... she is a major whiner..... so she wasn’t raised in high society.... she makes a big deal out nothing and is concerned about about what everyone thinks about her except her man.... I don’t care for the narration there are more American characters than not and I was confused initially because I thought the setting was in England or Europe

This is the second book in the Fake Billionaire series and the continuation of Allyson and Dane's story.
The 2nd book is slightly longer than the first at just over 5 hours, its still a quick enjoyable listen..
The same narrator Verity Burns was used in book 2, and has a British accent, and I did find it confusing for the audios which are American characters, But other than that she did a decent job.
