Wow what an emotional roller coaster

I picked this because I am familiar with Margaret Daley's writing. Good choice on my part. It was so gripping. Babies start to go missing in a small Texas town. It takes the Texas rangers and the county law enforcement together to crack the baby smuggling ring. In the process, Texas anger Dallas and county sheriff, Rachel fall in love. This book is terrifying and wonderful in turn. A well written and suspenseful story. The narrator was excellent.

Go, Texas Rangers!

When I think of great Christian romantic suspense, I’ll be adding Margaret Daley as one of my top 10 favorite authors. I love her Texas Ranger series, I listened to this book straight through!

The storyline is captivating

I enjoyed the story from the first chapter to the last. Margaret Daley has a writing style that puts you right in the action. The reading was lacking excitement and was a bit hard to follow the storyline with the unusual flow of the reading.

No excitement

As a mother I know I would not calmly go about searching my house or doing my job if my baby was abducted. The narrators resd as if they are reading poetry.... soft whispery voices . No emotion!
Storyline good but totally unbelievable .
