Informative and Inspiring
Long term change is really the priority. This Book helped me to navigate my way to successfully eliminate my bad habits. Habit building made easy
If you’re serious about personal change, you know how important changing your habits can be. This book takes a bit of a different approach to habit formation and change. In addition to the usual background on habits, it creates a more specific planning sequence to ensure you’re putting your effort into changing the habits that will make the biggest impact for you. Models such as a personal Strength - Weakness - Opportunities - Threat analysis, creating SMART goals, and other tools commonly used in other areas of our life make it easy to understand the change frameworks. Lots of examples and exercises reinforce those change frameworks and makes things easy to understand.

I’ve had some really bad habits that I’ve been needing to break and I haven’t been able to successfully do so. This book has given me the ability to know that what matters most is progress over perfection. As long as I’m trending in the right direction, that’s what matters most.

Wisdom University books are awesome because they include action steps and a chapter summary and the end of every chapter. Reading is great, action is better!
I loved the reference to Stephen Covey's quadrant, as a great reminder, I can prioritize what I'm taking on now.
How to use:

essential to building good habits
This audiobook on building habits really energizes me with its manifold practical ways to change my behaviors. I can finally see, not only an endpoint but a blueprint or even a clear roadmap for creating lasting change through the framework of the book. That reassures me and at the same time motivates me. I also liked that it really dug deeper into emotional triggers and gave me new light into my patterns. Overall, what this guide has done for me is to empower me to take up the battle with my bad habits and grow positive ones, renewing a sense of direction and self discipline.
