Honest, simple & effective - well worth a go

Tremendously beneficial, even though I think the title is a bit misleading: Forstater does himself a disservice, as this is much more useful than helping you to "just" deal with financial stresses.

I’d never tried meditation before so I didn’t really understand how or even if it would help me overcome my anxieties and stress triggers. Mine, whilst not entirely financial, had been persistent and pretty debilitating at times. A friend said, “Just give it a go...”

So what's it like?

Forstater’s voice is reassuring and easy to listen to; his delivery and guidance is very clear; there is no mumbo jumbo, nor any unrealistic promises. He's good at preparing you and helping you navigate round some of the pitfalls (dealing with distracting thoughts) - I had had doubts about attempting this without someone more experienced alongside me, but in truth, it is doing for me what it said on the tin.

There's no miracle cure here, but I did feel sufficiently clear and relaxed after my first session to think calmly about certain problems for the first time in months. Even this first glimpse of what is possible was enough for me to want to go back for more, and start putting that feeling of control back into my daily life.

This is a very easy tool that you can turn into a good, everyday habit to calm and manage an over-anxious mind. This in turn has helped me organise my thoughts and rationalise my fears with building confidence, knowing that even if I can't solve all my problems, I am at least dealing with them in the best way I can: with a clear head, and importantly, that I am doing it myself.

Good luck, you don't have anything to lose.
