Leading to a greatly improved!!!
This book extraordinary cause all of these books tips are really helpful. Lots of calculators to make the process easier. If you understand the process, you are on your way. The book starts out giving a lot of information. Would must suggest this book to anyone. Great book on calculating different values! I love it. Representations in this book are just awesome. It has valuable content for all. I'm happy with this guidebook and listening step by step. The narrator did a great job!

Awesome!
This book was exactly what I was looking for learning about real estate investing. I really enjoyed Brandon's narration style and actionable approach in this book. Deep understanding of the basics and mindset
"I've been in real estate for 15 yrs and investing for 10 and a national speaker on the topic I can say that there are multiple ways to be a ""real estate investor"" and this book will highlight the Residential Rental type of investing which I personally think everyone should own at least one rental if not many more. This book is great for entrepreneurs looking to enhance their mindset and know how in a step by step manner for residential rental property ownership. If that is what you're looking for then buy the book, you will love it."

Best way to get started
I am a brand new investor trying to figure out my next steps. I absolutely love this book as Ann Russek lays out a step by step process and gives tons of advice and how to proceed and what challenges you might run into. I ordered a physical copy of the book as well so I can go back over and highlight and make notes. this is definitely one of those books I'll be coming back to again and again.

It's really easy to understand and follow
The narrator explained the full process and expectations in a much simpler way. The book has formulas useful for evaluating properties so a proper side by side comparison can be made. With so many properties available for sale presented differently, this book is refreshing. It gives us a great deal. Thanks to the author. I suggested it to anyone with joy.
