New Investors - worth the read
I currently own zero investment properties. As an accountant with a great deal of experience in financial health and taxes, this book also gave me a guide for acquisition, banking, listing, and common pitfalls current investors experience. From a revenue stream perspective, this book does outline the importance of adding both short and long term properties to your portfolios; which is a methodology I will likely pursue. Enjoy the read.
