This book is a great intro introduction into the American Civil War. If you're looking for a book that will ease you into the American Civil War I highly recommend this one.

The Civil war
Very informative I would recommend it added to your library if you’re an avid reader of the subject. Mr Manchester is a very slow and bland narrator, he will put you to sleep.
