Daniel black’s The Coming is a humbling depiction of the African’s capture and journey into the most brutal form of slavery ever practiced. It’s a moving painful narrative of a people casted into the belly of the breast.

Listening to this book takes me back to my visits in Ghana and the Slave Dungeons of Cape Coast and Elmina. I gave it only four stars because I'm only in chapter seven. The narrator brings life and lives to my visits to these hell holes. I'm taking my time with this book because it's hard knowing that my ancestors are mentioned here and lived these words.

A must read for any African or Descendent who wants to take the journey!!!!
