Balance Sone The Right Way

This 2 in 1 set complements each other nicely. The information as to what to do and not to do is clearly stated. The inclusion of warm ups, cool down and breath is stressed and the benefits or each is stated.
Specific routines are shared for each. The book also informs of the role posture plays in our bodies. I like that throughout the book you are referred to go back to specific chapters that complements the new information received. This set offer a lot more information than what I have stated which make is a great reference resource.

Gain confidence and independence

What a relief to have found such a wonderful resource for regaining stability and confidence in aging! Independence is of paramount importance to me as I grow older. As I gain strength and balance through these exercises, fear of falling becomes a thing of the past. These chair exercises provide tips and emphases on safety and correct alignment using the chair as an ally to correctly achieve the desired results. 10 minutes of gentle, safe movement increases stability, coordination, balance, less edema, vitality, mobility, weight loss, joint flexibility, reduced stress, and improved mental well-being! Seated postures target specific issues, building from the beginning level to more advanced as the body strengthens and corrects.
The second book in this bundle includes vital information on balance sightings and possible causes of imbalance and offers tips and solutions, including holistic health mindfulness and diet. The 28-day program, 10 minutes a day, alleviates pain, stiffness, arthritis, and muscular weakness and brings an increasing sense of peace, vitality, and freedom as confidence in balance and strength builds.
