This is a important topic and should be ready by everyone.
Can you imagine by changing your diet you could avoid an unhealthy cycles and prevent or delay limiting medical situations. Why wouldn't a person at least try? This book discusses more than just the diet. It contains very helpful ideas and I highly recommend it for those wanting to positively impact their health.
