Simplicity of the advice
Great read and advice you could apply to your daily life. I’ve read plenty of self help books and no where near were they helpful as this one! It is realistic.

easy listen
I don't 'do' self help books. they make me feel bad about myself and often, overwhelm. this is different. this is a relatable, teaching, journey through how to use what you have & recognize what you have to achieve self love
