About this listen
We were made to conquer.
Life can be hard—unhappy careers, struggling finances or relationships, failing faith—and the mountains in front of us can feel unclimbable. In the face of what feels impossible, it’s easy to give up. But we were made for more than surrender—we were made to conquer. In The Conquer Code, MTN OPS founder and CEO Trevor Farnes is introducing a seven-phase plan to help listeners learn to conquer more in every area of their lives and create a foundation of strength in order to go farther, longer, and harder than you ever believed possible.
Sharing his own experiences with vulnerability and candor, Trevor will help listeners build their foundation, find their strength and endurance, learn to breathe, and finally, to conquer. What does it take to conquer more? To climb the seemingly unclimbable mountain in your life? The Conquer Code is a practical roadmap to finding success and breaking free from what’s holding you back—you. Are you ready to conquer?

Trevor’s humility and Christ-like approach to life shine through every chapter. His stories not only showcase his unwavering faith but also his genuine kindness and compassion. He weaves together anecdotes about fatherhood, marriage, and friendship, illustrating how his beliefs and values guide his actions.
One of the most compelling aspects of the book is Trevor's authenticity. He doesn't present himself as a perfect figure but as a humble man striving to improve and serve his loved ones selflessly. This vulnerability makes his journey relatable and inspiring, offering readers a practical blueprint for bettering themselves in various roles—whether as a spouse, parent, sibling, or friend.
Through his honest storytelling, Trevor encourages readers to reflect on their lives and relationships. His insights demonstrate how love, patience, and faith can transform ordinary moments into extraordinary memories. The book is a gentle reminder that acts of love and humility often speak louder than grand gestures or accomplishments.
As a friend of Trevor, I can attest to the consistency between his written words and his real-life actions. His friendship has been a blessing, and his book extends that same warmth and wisdom to anyone who picks it up. The impact of his message is undeniable; I am inspired to be a better husband, father, son, brother, and friend because of his example.
Trevor's book is a heartfelt guide for anyone seeking to enrich their relationships and live a life filled with love and humility. It is a book that encourages deep introspection and meaningful growth, making it a must-read for individuals at any stage of life.
Absolutely, must read book...

Heartfelt reading by the author was something I hadn't anticipated and honesty even though at first it wasn't appealing to me, as I listened more I found myself wondering why other authors didn't give listeners a piece of authentic visibility to the passion and emotions that go into a similar book.
There are plenty of good perspectives and value from this book to introduce into anyone's personal or business lives, mine included.
