Chapter 13 & 14 got me!

The personal development books I typically read are more mental/emotional. This was the first one I’ve read in a very long time that included those things AND the athletic/physical element and it’s just what I needed at this time in my life. I loved all the extra closure at the end. Left me feeling complete with James journey.

HOPE

I love how James uses his experiences to foster and encourage hope into anyone and everyone who reads or listens to this book. It’s so inspiring to help us all keep moving forward through the things we face to uplift and impact others and make the world a better place. Well written and well narrated!

Incredible story

Wasn’t the biggest fan at first of the interludes for the Iron Hope messages, got over it and really loved the messages each one brought. James, his team, and his family have such an incredible journey through their lives. Hope others take the time to listen, watch, and become the best version of themselves possible!

Hope

The 50 planted the seed. The 100 watered it and gave me hope. Incredible story from a man that changed my life. James will never know the ripples his life has caused in others. Thank you!

Must read. Real. Raw. Hopeful.

I was there first hand & it brings back a lot of good memories. It was something amazing to witness and to be apart of. So grateful for James and Sunny.

Different perspective

This is one of the most uplifting and empowering book I’ve read to date. I loved the authenticity and James storytelling ability. At times I would forget I was listening to the audiobook and felt completely enveloped in the emotion of the stories.

Super inspiring Iron Hope

Fantastic and True to Life

I had the privilege of participating in the swim, bike, and run during days 85 and 87 of the Conquer 100 . I saw firsthand how much grit and determination that James, his team, and his family displayed every second of those three months. Despite constant and compounding injuries, terrible weather, and logistical challenges, he rose above it. This incredible feat, along with the comparably difficult and logistically marvelous 50-50-50, should go down in the history books as the summit of human endurance.

INSPIRING!

This man has inspired so many. I remember watching him battle through the 50 on his first attempt and I thought he lives in my state there is no way I'm turning down an attempt to run with him when he comes to Utah. When I heard he was doing the 100. The same feeling came over me. He is doing 100 I have to attempt my first marathon distance with him. I did and now number 83 sticks with me. This book gives so much hope, love, encouragement, and joy. You can do hard things! Here we go! Thanks James!
