Story comes to Life!!

What made the experience of listening to The Crack of Dawn the most enjoyable?

You can hear the sci-fi effects. Listening to this story boosts your anticipation

What other book might you compare The Crack of Dawn to and why?

I have nothing to compare this to. Sci-fi is not my usual reading genre. After reading the book and loving it I had to listen to the audio.

Which character – as performed by Shelly Whittle – was your favorite?

Stan - you can hear his strength and his suspicions.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes as I had read it in one sitting.

Took my commute to work into a whole new world

If you could sum up The Crack of Dawn in three words, what would they be?

Amazing narrator who has a different voice for each character.
Great character interactions throughout the story.
Action filled imaginative Sci-Fi.

What did you like best about this story?

The interaction between Stan Evans and JT. I found the story to be almost predictable, but surprisingly took me on a wonderful unpredicted ride.

Have you listened to any of Shelly Whittle’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No, I have not. But I would love to hear more from this narrator. Wonderful voice.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Laughed and felt patriotic.

Any additional comments?
