About this listen

Do you believe human life is inherently valuable? Unfortunately, in the secularized age of state-sanctioned euthanasia and abortion-on-demand, many are losing faith in the simple value of human life. To the disillusioned, human beings are a cosmic accident whose intrinsic value is worth no more than other animals.

The Death of Humanity explores our culture's declining respect for the sanctity of human life, drawing on philosophy and history to reveal the dark road ahead for society if we lose our faith in human life.

Simple Thesis, yet World Changing!

Simple Thesis built throughout the book, yet Transformationally World Changing as it begins to sink into your present worldview. The longer you have been entrenched within a specific cognitive frame of internalizing the world, the longer it generally takes to deconstruct the previous one(s). That said, some or much of the content here-in may seem foreign or threatening, but let it renew your mind and heart! I would in part, summarize this author's message by borrowing well revered words from the well-known Moses figure of the Abrahamic Faith, "...I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live..." (Deut. 30:19) After reading and reflection, you may come to realize much of your life moves in the direction that aligns with the narratives of modern society, instead of prehaps your own intuitive and unique desires within. - Aryel Abir

Rich book

A very rich book that explores many philosophical thoughts about value and meaning. However, it is clearly biased towards Christianity and provides handful of non convincing arguments against secularism.
