Couldn’t stop listening, although at a few places I wanted to. Great narrator. Will probably be thinking about this eldritch story for awhile.

This book was pretty good. Characters were very interesting and colorful. Storyline was a bit clhard to follow at times

it was interesting but odd. took me 2 times listening to understand what was happening.

I tried to stick with it but I just couldn't make it, gave up halfway through. there are stories within stories and the book is told from three or four different viewpoints. overall boring confusing and there are some very disturbing scenes. Don't waste your time, even though it's free. it was not at all enjoyable. I'm glad I didn't pay money for it or use a credit, but that's several hours of my life I can never get back and scenes in my head that I can never unsee. Alex Wyndham is fabulous as always but the storyline is trash.

CONFUSING AND DISTURBING

Didn't finish it. I would've returned it for a refund had I purchased it. From the first chapter, the story went into disturbing same sex encounters that I don't want to read about. This could've been a good story without the adult content. I'm not a prude. Rape and sexual abuse aren't plot devices. No need to wonder why this was included in my membership. Probably not a novel that will make much money.
