By far the best hypnotic - like every relaxation method/system, it requires listening a few times before being completely effective.

I think Benjamin Bonetti is the best online hypnotist out there and I've heard nearly them all. He uses the latest techniques and I suppose the UK accent helps slightly - but it's the background configuration on this hypnosis that really is the best in class. As good as Ambien, I require listening to this nightly to get to sleep and do so now without fail.
