A must for non-profit leaders

As the founder of a fairly young non-profit, I learned so much from this book. I listened with a notebook nearby and have 5 pages of notes and action items. This is a must for non-profits of all sizes, but especially small to mid-size. Grateful to have found Lisa Greer!
