About this listen

What is it about these unsolved murders that still fascinates us long after the cases have gone cold? Is it simply that we enjoy being able to come up with our own theories about what happened to the unfortunate victims? Or are we intrigued by the terrifying possibility that the killers are still out there somewhere?

The Faceless Villain is the final installment in a three-volume series that explores the most mysterious and disturbing unsolved murders of the 20th century. This volume is comprised of the years 1980 through 1999, and includes all of the best known cases of the period, as well as many more lesser-known murders, all presented in a compelling chronological narrative that takes the listener on a grisly journey through the blood-soaked avenues of late 20th century crime.

Great topics. I like the odd and unusual circumstances in each mystery. Narrator and author is great!

This 3rd volume is just as good as the first 2. The way that she chronicles true crime events in a timeline made me feel like I was going down this dark and interesting memory lane of history. I was so into the book and never got bored . I want to start from volume 1 again because I miss being on this ride already lol

Another amazing listen from Jenny

Great! Just too short. I selfishly wish it was as long as volume II, or longer! That's okay. I'll just listen to it again!

Bardzo ciekawa pozycja od Jenny Ashford. Kolejny tom, niewyjaśnionych zbrodni. Warto zapoznać się z całą trylogią oraz innymi pozycjami autorki.

Amazing to hear of all the unsolved murders since the year I was born. I guess shows like CSI or bones or whatnot have left the impression that technology can solve most crimes. I guess we're still a few years away from that.
You should have included o.j. because the "real killer" is still out there. LOL

good listen
