#1 NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER

Tony Robbins returns with the final book in his financial freedom trilogy by unveiling the power of alternative investments. Robbins, and renowned investor Christopher Zook, take you on a journey to interview a dozen of the world’s most successful investors in private equity, private credit, private real estate, and venture capital. They share their favorite strategies and insights in this practical guidebook.

For decades, trillions of dollars in “smart money” has been making outsized returns using private equity, private credit, venture capital and other alternative investments. Robbins teams up with renowned private equity investor Christopher Zook, founder of CAZ Investments, to sit down with more than a dozen of the world’s greatest alternative investment managers, collectively managing over half a trillion dollars on behalf of investors. Names like…

Robert F. Smith–Founder of Vista Equity Partners, Smith is the considered the most successful enterprise software investor of all time.

Vinod Khosla–Founder of Khosla Ventures, Vinod Khosla is considered a legend in Venture Capital. He is famous for turning a $4 million investment into a $7 billion windfall for his investors.

Michael B. Kim–The “Godfather of Private Equity” in Asia, Kim has created the largest private equity firm in Asia. His astounding success for investors has also made him South Korea’s wealthiest man.

And many more!

In The Holy Grail of Investing, you’ll discover:

-How to take advantage of the trillions flowing into private equity by becoming an owner of firms that actually manage the assets and share in the revenue they generate

-How to take advantage of the two to three times higher returns of private credit as an alternative (or compliment) to bonds

-How new rule changes allow individual investors to own a piece of the major professional sports teams (MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS) and benefit from this fanatically driven asset class

-How to invest in the energy evolution and ride the wave of trillions in global investments

-How investments in private real estate can work as an inflationary hedge and source of tax efficient income

-How many of the world’s greatest investors thrive in good times and bad

Most People Can't Take Advantage of this Info

I found the information in this audio book to be very good, but most people aren't wealthy enough to take advantage of these investments. Calling this the Holy Grail for the average person seems like a lot of hype. Best read by someone right out of college interested in getting educated on investment firms that are involved with alternative investments.

See previous TR investing books, no strategy, just ideas

I recently revisited Money Master the Game for a 2nd time after a while away, after finishing Life Force for a 2nd time, and all it offers is how investing has changed in the last couple decades -as referenced to how much sports teams and related media is talked about in Part 1. It offers new ideas (because they weren't mentioned in the 2nd book) on where better to invest your money, but not the benefits. Nothing that would personally impact anyone from paycheck to paycheck -all the way up to elite investors who constantly repeated by name. It's almost as if those mentioned people get paid every time their name is mentioned in this book -because they're given the same exactly honor in TR's previous book in this "trilogy".
Anyone who remotely has any interest in investing or placing bets and spent as much as 5 minutes online can grasp the same information as what's mentioned in this book, except they maybe would hear Warren Buffet's name for the 50th time or Paul Tutor Jones for the 100th.
it's clear that TR really only invests his time in mingling with these guys, so listening to this kind of book makes you question now and again how TR can really relate to the avg person working multiple jobs who doesn't own a sizeable stake in a sports team or media studio -most of which are obsessed over here. Anyone looking to learn something new that they wouldn't from other investing books that aren't stamped with TR on it, or learn something different than TR's previous investing books -do your due diligence before buying.
not saying this book is a complete write off since I did give it 3 out of 5 stars because it does have good information, just nothing ground breaking that TR hasn't already offered. If this book was published 5 or so years ago, it would've been more of a copy & paste of Money Master the Game than it would be an actual successor.

Not redundant

Not redundant like I thought it might be when I started. Once he gets into the CEO interviews, there is some priceless information, worth the entry fee!

Excited about investing again!

I’ve been running key aspects of my own investment portfolio for many years and am always seeking and searching for a better way. A search for greater returns, but also a way to play/win in the current ‘Fourth Turning’ type of environment that we face. I also have spent years reading/learning about markets for only incremental gains in my methods/returns, and I work with a family office who brings me private equity and tax strategies, which has been helpful. All that to say: I have some time/success in this lane.

This book blew me away. There is a way to get both MUCH less risk and MUCH more returns. I’m 20 years from retirement, and now expect my results to be at least double of what I had planned.

The book made it apparent that my current investment advisor is falling short with what they are bringing me.

40 years of the most benign economic conditions that the world has seen, seem to be coming to a close. We are at an inflection point, and this book helped get me excited about the future again. There is a way to win, and most likely, it looks different than what you are currently doing. Check it out!
