About this listen

The army base had been an ideal refuge, secure and well-stocked. But with supplies running low and Gus Razor’s worsening mental state, Frank and Lisa leave in search of pastures new, only to end up in the worst place imaginable—the one place Frank vowed he would never return to.

Amy and Ben should have been safe in the secluded cottage. But they’re not the only survivors. Some mean no harm, struggling to survive. But others have a far more sinister agenda.

Book two of The Virus series is a brutal, graphic journey through a post-apocalyptic world, where zombies aren’t the only evil to contend with.

This story gets better and better. This book is more brutal and darker than the last but it is a zombie apocalypse after all. Mankind is being mankind. The story is so action packed, it's over in a blink since its like watching a movie in your mind. I look forward to more in this series. Damien Lee does a great job in his writing (in my opinion) with how things flow. A++++ Highly recommend. Oh, Gus is freaking nuttier than squirrel poop! The narrator, Simon Aitchison does an amazing job in all the voices and emotions.
TW (descriptions of rape) this was talked about what happened not actual on the pages play by play during assault.

I was give this copy for free but 100% honest review and my own opinion.

WOW the ride continues!
