An absolute revelation to most Catholics! Based on the Traditional Latin Mass, but actually about the essence of the Mass itself. Shows it is not just a prayer, but a powerful sacrifice given to us by almighty God to fulfill all our spiritual needs. You will divide your life into "before" and "after" you listened to this audiobook. Going to Mass will never be the same again, once you appreciate the significance of every Mass (as explained by this audiobook). Every Catholic needs to listen to this!

Novena of Holy Communions:

A famous devotional booklet of nine consecutive Communion exercises. Each consists of a novena prayer, an intimate talk with our Lord, and a brief self-examination. Rich in doctrine; ideal to make over and over throughout life - to grow in holiness and grace.

Glad it’s finally in audio format

Such a game changing book! I’ve been wanted to read it for the past year and so glad I can listen to it now! Just one hour in and I want to go too as many Masses as I can!

Informative

I love that book it was so strong! But the narration was kind of hilarious. I think stead trying to change her voices to give life to the people he should keeps the same tone at his voice. It sounds annoying for me.

Narrator is distracting

This is a wonderfully written book and important to read/listen to. However, I may not have purchased it if I realized how the narrator was going to be. I’ve listened to a book narrated by him before, and it was tough to get through. His voice impersonations were very strange and distracting. I would say they were even inappropriate at times. I saw that “the Secrets of the Rosary” by St. Louis de Montfort is available on Audible and is also read by Mr. O’Brien. If you wanted to listen to that title, do yourself a favor and listen to it for free on Spotify. With all the quotes of our lady, I cant imagine the disrespect shown to her with the voices that Mr. O’Brien portrays. For this title, I would recommend reading it physically or listening to it elsewhere.

This book is one answer to the prayer: "help my unbelief" (Mk 9:24)

There are few books that I've read as a priest, which so succinctly bring together the theology, tradition, historical witness, and spiritually of the topic. we're using this for our lantern book study at the parish, because I think it will transform what is an ember in the heart of the faithful into a furnace of burning love for Christ.

good book but strange acting

Reader acts out different voices in a highly inappropriate way, almost mocking them. requires patience.

Odd reading style

Couldn’t even finish due to the reader’s choppy and odd variations of speed. It seems as though he wasn’t listening to himself as he read, which may have helped. Totally waste.
