It’s simplistic yet deep wisdom

I enjoyed this very much! The storytelling was very good. So good that I could imagine what he was describing when talking about his interactions with people.

Great Balance of Storytelling

Between the story of the Bible and the personal story of the author in Jamaica with Rastafarians this book was written and spoken well!

Great listen to anyone interested in religious studies or comparative religion exploration

Good listen, a lot about Bob Marley and his beliefs as a Rasta which have many roots in the “standard” Catholic or Protestant and King James (before 1630) Bible.

Must read for those intrigued by Rastafari faith

Loved it. alot of wisdom. Really like the breaks where they speak to rastafari and they interject the impact on the lives. and also love Ziggy's introduction. Also loved the section on the impact of the kebra nagast and bible in Bob Marley lyrics.

connecting the dots

First, loved the reader's voice. He captured the spirit of the book
Second, found the interlocking times in his-story, seemingly flowing from past, to present & to future.
Third, inspired me to delve more deeply into the Rastafa beliefs & stories
