About this listen

Townsend Heights is the perfect small town, just the kind of place Tasha Banks longed for when she left her big-city career for full-time motherhood. But now her dream is turning into a nightmare as a serial killer stalks Tasha's friends. One by one they are dying in horrific ways, and terror is transforming her peaceful existence into one of fear and foreboding...where evil lurks behind the mask of a familiar face - a face that may be the last one Tasha ever sees.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

It was a decent plot and surprised me at the last, I keep guessing and was wrong til the end!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

yes - so I could see who actually did it

Guess I was last to know

Good story line, it kept me guessing. Just got annoyed with the characters, not sure if it was the writing or the reader

Great plot, whiney characters

It took me ages to get through this book but I read all the reviews that said the ending was such a shocker so I wanted to finish it. If I finish a book, I don't think it's fair to return it so I'll keep it for that reason but..... First of all the story was just ok but the narration was off. I was really shocked too, because I loved Allyson Ryan in Call Me Tuesday and Call Me Cockroach. There were too many characters and sometimes the narrator would be on one character and without even a pause she switches to another scenario. When books are good, I can listen to them multiple times. This one will sit in my library collecting dust...
