This second installment of The Poirot Collection - the definitive audiobook series of Agatha Christie's classic Hercule Poirot mysteries performed by award-winning narrator P.J. Ochlan - is presented in celebration of the centennial anniversary of Poirot's debut appearance.
The Murder on the Links brings Poirot and Captain Hastings to a village in France in response to a man's request for the famous detective's help. They arrive to find the man murdered, and an increasingly complex mystery unfolds.

What a mystery!

And then there is the love at first sight angle. Gag.
And then there's the girl's sister. Of all the unbelievable, outlandish details.
And then there's all the other people in the house, and their secret connections. Good grief.
So, although there are many, many excellent, exciting AC mystery tales, this one merely fills the spot of chronology and character development, as Poirot becomes a household name for us. Not the best story, but still necessary in the series.
The narration is pretty good.
Agatha spins a wild tale
