Excellent Information!
Wow, I learned so much listening to this audiobook. What I most appreciate about it is that the author not only explains exactly what sleep apnea is, but she also takes you through the process of determining if you have it, getting it diagnosed, common symptoms, and the best courses of action if you are diagnosed with it. I truly learned a lot of valuable information on sleep apnea!

It's packed with expert advice and useful tips for anyone who wants to understand sleep apnea or is trying to deal with it. I liked that It doesn't just throw medical jargon at you.
