Any additional comments?
This is not simply a read-aloud of a book, but a recording of an entertaining and inspiring talk presented to an audience. I found Dr. Northrup's honesty, insightfulness, and humor very enjoyable and thought-provoking. Why have we grown so suspicious of joy, and how can we begin to undo the programming that insists we feel guilty for "having too much fun." Important ideas for those of us seeking to experience more happiness in our lives. Isn't that eveyrone?Inspiring and entertaining

My change started when I was 29 and I am not even 50 yet so my advise is to get the Audible and laugh with her. You will feel better. :-)
Gives you positive energy and picks your mind up!
