Story is good. Rooker is better.

Michael Rooker is a great actor, that all too often is cast as an unpleasant if not creepy and menacing character. Here his rough voice and acting skill matches his tormented officer just perfect.

Story is very "Twilight Zone". Simple but effective. Recommended.
