The book I didn't know I needed.
I have a lot of self help books and I have read some great ones but this one was a game changer. It took me a while to finish only because I kept letting life get in the way. But funny that each time I got to reading it again it applied so perfectly to what I was going through at that moment. I believe in divine timing and crazy that I was using the #5secondrule to help me finish this book. I have been able to do so much for myself because of this rule. I actually just completed my yoga teacher training and I strongly believe that without this book I wouldn't have finished. Definitely recommend if you want to learn how to apply a easy rule to your life to help you make big changes!
