About this listen

The best-selling sequel to The Letter for the King. One of the King's most trusted knights has vanished in the snow, so young Sir Tiuri and his best friend Piak must journey into the shadowy heart of the forest to find him. The Wild Wood is a place of mysteries, rumors, and whispered tales. A place of lost cities, ancient curses, robbers, princesses, and Men in Green. As the darkness surrounds him and reports grow of secret plots and ruthless enemies, Tiuri finds himself alone and fighting for survival - caught in a world where good and evil wear the same face, and the wrong move could cost him his life.

Magnificent sequel to Letter for the King

Tiuri has barely returned from delivering the letter to the king, when he finds himself in an even bigger adventure as he sets out to find his friend Ristridin, who has gone missing exploring the mysterious Wild Wood.

Tonke Dragt really manages to take her story building and character development to new heights, as events spiral towards an epic conclusion in this magnificent sequel to Letter for the King. The narration is again excellent, and if you liked Letter for the King, you will love Secrets of the Wild Wood as well.

Everything a good story should be

This is by far one of the best books I’ve read (and listened to), and one, I feel, will never get old. This is a journey I will gladly go on again and again. I’m gonna miss these characters now that I’ve finished!!
Until next time...
