You Can Conquer Sugar!

This book is such a great resource for anyone looking to reduce sugar in your diet and discover a healthier and revitalized body and mind. I have already been consciously trying to reduce sugar consumption in recent years, but reading this book gave me even more desire to continue to reduce and detox from sugar. The author is a compassionate and encouraging guide, walking the reader through the steps of the sugar detox process. This book includes so much helpful information including goal setting, mindfulness, menu ideas, and even ways to celebrate milestones. Additional practical suggestions include how to navigate tempting social settings with landmines of sugar and how to approach the sugar detox as a life long change. I highly recommend this book!
