WORTH-LISTENING AUDIOBOOK!
It's a game-changer, a perfect guide to reset your brain. If you're someone who wants to be free from the constant highs and lows of sugar addiction, then this book is definitely an excellent resource for you. The 10 Day Sugar Detox Challenge is a powerful book, to the world of healthy, balanced and nutritious world.
The author has beautifully explained about what to take and what to avoid, in order to lead a healthy life. The book covers all the important aspects including, how to deal with sugar cravings, mindful eating (which is very very important to be healthy), 30 Anti-Inflammatory Recipes , art of removing sugar from your diet and much more.
Loved each and every part of the audiobook and I would highly recommend this book to everyone in order to live a healthy lifestyle. Change how you live by simply changing the way you eat!!

Bye-bye sugar addiction!
I've struggled with sugar addiction all my life. While I've read many books on the subject, this one really resonated with me. Perhaps because of the authentic and candid way the author shares her own struggles with sugar consumption or because of the easy way the author lays out a plan to move past it and get back on track. Can't wait to try some of the recipes in the accompanying PDF!

Silvana Siskov is the best!
I've read or listened to a few books by this author, and I love the way she presents the information. It's well-researched, and then there are tons of actionable suggestions. Recipes, plans, mindset... So good! And I love the narrator of this book too. This is genuinely helpful.

Highly informative
If you want to reset your brain and get rid of all your sugar cravings, this book about a 10-day sugar detox is fantastic! We all understand that having a diet high in sugar puts us at risk for diseases like diabetes and obesity. People find it challenging to stop eating sugar, though. BEAT THE SWEET!
"The 10 Day Sugar Detox Challenge" is, IMHO, the most comprehensive and useful of any of the books I've read on the topic. You'll learn the insidious ways we're blindsided by sugar in virtually every commercially available product, as well as learn about the good sugars that are beneficial to our nutrition. The struggle to rise above sugar addiction is artfully addressed with the many tactics and attitudes that open the way forward for those serious about taking the challenge. "Mindful Eating" is a great primer on mindfulness and how to apply it to your new eating habits. And then there are those great recipes at the end! Tasty, easy to make, and good for you to boot! Boot your sugar addiction and take the 10 day challenge. It worked for me and it can work for you too. Highly recommended!

Sweet Challenge
I needed to cut sugar out completely. With the help of this 10 Day challenge, I was able to do just that. Diabetes and obesity has affected several of my family members, so I knew I needed to get on this right away. There is a chapter each day of the challenge and an assigned task to accomplish for the day. It is well-written and organized with the intent to help you make sure you've made the right decision to cut out sugar from your diet. There's a free workbook that the author provides as BONUS when you purchase the audiobook. This is helpful as I felt like I was being encouraged to be an active participant in the challenge and not just a passive listener.
The narrator sounds good and seemed to have an encouraging tone, which helped a lot. She was motivating and presented some of the information in a way that made me want to join in on the detox.
Now I challenge YOU to detoxify from sugar ASAP! Now is the time, not later... A New Year and a new you is just around the corner.

Be Careful if You're a Diabetic.
This book is excellent, and the 10 day challenge works. I cut my insulin in half and am getting excellent results with my meter. If you do this detox make sure you adjust your insulin accordingly. I developed hypoglycemia from injecting my old insulin dose and since I cut all added sugar out of my diet I required a much lower dose at that point. I'm using half the amt. of insulin now and hopefully my diabetes type 2 will continue to improve.

Sugar, the true killer.
A highly valuable guide I recommend anyone ready. We don’t realize how detrimental sugar is, and how brain becomes reliant on it. This book does at great job at covering everything to know about sugar and how to detox it from the body. It helps you deal with sugar cravings. Explains the role of sugar in emotional eating (very valuable to understand this), 30 anti inflammatory diets and so much more. Anyone who gives this a try will surely enhance their life
